At Nova Pick, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification may be conducted via WhatsApp or call before dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, and India Post).

Note: Delivery timelines may experience minor delays during regional festivals, national holidays, extreme weather events, or in remote locations.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or Email with the AWB/tracking number to monitor your parcel in real-time.

4. Undelivered / Returned Parcels (RTO)

• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center.

• Please ensure your full delivery address and landmark are accurately filled during checkout to avoid delivery failures.
